Although it may be difficult to put a price on it, we think you will agree that your money will be well spent on our services. How so? First off, we have the technical knowledge and experience necessary for this demanding job. We are residential inspection specialists (certified property inspectors and licensed builders); this is what we have been doing since 1995.
Secondly, our fees are based on the size of the home with smaller homes being generally less expensive than larger homes (which is only fair).
Inspection fees for single family residences typically run from $275 to $350 depending on the finished square footage size of the home (See FEES page for more details). Whereas, multi-family (e.g. duplexes, triplexes, quads) homes are slightly higher. Conversely, inspection fees for condominiums are priced lower since we are focusing mainly on the interior only.

Simply our Service! We will walk with you step by step through the home inspection process. Our goal is to provide you with a thorough evaluation of the structural integrity, functional condition (i.e. mechanicals), and overall safety of your home (whether buying, selling, or just maintaining). All the readily accessible areas, from the foundation to the roof (inside and out), are carefully examined, major systems and components identified, and reported as to their present condition and/or operation.
The information we gather during the inspection is then documented for you in our computerized reporting system (Note: color photos included for additional clarity). Our reports can be sent to you either via email, fax, or by regular mail for your convenience.

In addition, we provide to our clients and their Real Estate representatives (if applicable) a Overview/Summary of the property findings as well as cost estimates ($) for all major recommended repair (or replacement) items.
Finally, our service doesn’t end there as with other inspectors. We will be there to help advise you with any necessary repair work that is recommended by us (as well as useful tips in properly maintaining your home).
